Rental Information

This is a 2700 sq. ft. Two Flat/Lower Level. It has French doors that open up to the paths that take you 50 feet to the beaches, point and the hot tub right out the door. The point with a fire pit, picnic table and BBQ area, juts out and has a full view of the mountains to the north and to the south you can see the East and West Twin Islands. Straight across the lake is the West with beautiful sunsets. Gaze at the fire or the starlit sky from the swinging chair next to the fire pit. The décor is ½ log wainscoting, very cozy lake feel.

PEAK SEASON/HOLIDAYS: $3000 PER WEEK. (Minimum one week stay). 
OFF SEASON: $1800 PER WEEK or $260 per night (2-3 night minimum stay). 
NO-SMOKING. 
PETS ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS (additional deposit and fee required).

Cabin Information

BEDROOM1: The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet and an ensuite master bath 
BEDROOM 2: large with king size bed, large closet, desk and could have a TV, VCR, DVD on request. 
BEDROOM 3: This bedroom has a bunk bed and there are 2 foamy mattresses for additional people/kids to sleep. It has a TV/VCR & DVD 

**All bedrooms have picture windows that look out to the lake** 

BATH 1: The master bath is a full bathroom with a tiled shower/tub, Corian counters with a vessel sink and a washer and dryer behind closed doors. 
BATH 2: This bathroom has a tiled/ shower bath, granite stone vessel sink and an enclosed laundry bin. 
GREAT ROOM: Has a river rock stone fireplace (propane), 42 inch Plasma TV with satellite and DVD and Bay windows looking out to the trees and lake. 
KITCHEN: Full kitchen with al new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, garbage compactor, disposal, dishwasher, stove with cook top and fridge with water/ice dispenser. It has bay windows and a dinette. There is a counter bar with two stools.

Amenities

There is an area that has some exercise equipment that faces towards the lake. There are lots of board games videos & DVD’s. The hot tub is right outside with a stereo and tiki torches all around the property. 

If you need to be connected there is high speed wifi internet that reaches as far as the point if you want to sit at the picnic table and surf the web. 

There is a large dock/boat slip shared with the next door neighbors, Naughty Bear Nook. AUTOMATIC GENERATOR in case of power failure.

Summer Activities

Fishing, waterskiing, tubing, wake boarding, sailing, windsurfing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking or canoeing. Take a trip to upper Priest Lake  (The thorofare is minutes away) where you may see moose, bear, blue heron, osprey, eagles, deer, elk and pure peaceful beauty.  (There are no homes up there - just beaches and trails surrounded by mountains).

Winter Activities

Sled out the drive to hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile and x-country skiing!  The Snow is always amazing.  For downhill skiing, there is Schweitzer Mountain which is 2 hours away.

If you are planning a wedding for 25 guests or less, we can arrange a package that includes:
Wedding for 25 guests or less, Wedding/Reception planning, clergy, flowers, E-vites or invitations, accommodations, catering/bar and lodging. This can also be arranged for reunion parties, baptisms and much more.

Special Events

This cabin is 17 miles north of Coolin, Idaho.  Coolin is the closest 'town' to the cabin.  
There are several restaurants:  
ARDYS (They have authentic Thai food on Friday nights).
CAVANAUGH’S,
THE LEONARD PAUL STORE (which serves sandwiches hot and cold, pizza, ice cream, espresso and baked goods).
They're also a grocery store, liquor store and gift shop.  Right in town there is a fantastic place called the Entre'' Gallery which hosts local artist in paints, metals, pottery, jewelry, art cards, furniture and more.
Next to the Entree' Gallery, is the local post office.
About 5 miles from the cabin is Indian Creek Campground where you can launch your boat and they have a little grocery store, espresso stand and you can get the newspaper.
